  1. He was asking constitutional law questions that any law school graduate should be able answer. But he was also letting her know that he knew what she was doing. And what she was doing was answering him as if she had been asked the question by her civics' teacher. She gave him what was the "correct answer", but he was able to paint her as shady because of the literal bs level of answer hers was. She was outmatched, but no one sees this $#!+. People are worried about pronouns.
