  2. How about No. How's that? The rich do not pay the most taxes, they pay ALL the taxes. A new report from the Congressional Budget Office shows the wealthiest 40% of Americans pay 106% of all taxes. The bottom 40% pay a negative 9%. So do a little goddamned research before espousing horsesh!t.
