  1. If Mueller felt there was enough there to suggest a violation of the law and a reason to charge, he would have said so. Remember when Starr looked into Clinton? He said in his report that Bill Clinton violated the law 17 times and should be charged. Not once did Mueller say Trump should be charged. I couldn't give a rat's ass that he couldn't say there was no attempt at obstruction if he wasn't going to charge him. That's like saying I think he might have done something wrong but I'm not sure. Special Counsels deal in indictments not fantasy what ifs. Starr actually SAID Bill Clinton literally violated the law 17 times and the attempt at impeachment failed. I have no idea how dems think an impeachment would work when Mueller found no crime worthy of charging. Starr found 17 and STILL, they couldn't impeach the guy.
