  1.  @myhandlewastaken  Henry R., while you seem to be practicing law I'm guessing you aren't an attorney. The reason it can't be charged as a hate crime is because one cannot discriminate against Caucasian males. They are not a protected class like minorities and gays.

  3.  @kimt3120  I'm not a MAGA supporter by any stretch but i call a crime a crime, whether white or black. i have no room for white cops getting away with over-zealous policing any more than i have room for this fucktard stealing our attention away from real issues. I merely have no room for people suggesting he gets a pass because bad shit has happened to others. That is no way to heal.

But I've been watching the media as it relates to this guy disparaging an entire race, saying they were MAGA and used a noose to put him in his place..yada yada. NO ONE is paying attention to how utter inflamatory that is to race relations! For him to CREATE a race issue where there is none and use a noose!? The symbolism alone is horrendous.. HE DOES NOT GET A PASS IN THIS. THIS IS AS EVIL AS IT GETS. Let me put it another way. Would you be angry if a white girl said she was raped by a black man and during the rape he espoused hatred for whites and then we later all found out she just made it up? And pretend other whites then came to her defense saying "Well there are bigger crimes out there than this one...Cut her some slack". I mean c'mon.. If the tables were turned you'd be as equally outraged.

Just look at the mythology he used....bleach, a noose, MAGA, etc.,, he hit ALL the buttons. Crazy. But I think he has a mental illness so I hope he gets treatment.
