  1. CNN and the Plaintiff settled the punitive damage portion after the expert testified $150 mil was a fair number. It's not public but I'm guessing it was somewhere just south of $150 mil. CNN clearly didn't want the judge deciding the punitive award.

  2. Lichtman ended his broadcast with his son on election night just railing Trump and Trump voters, saying Democracy is over, etc. So much for his "unbiased" prognosticating. His "keys" were way off when he awarded the keys for economy, foreign policy and incumbency to Harris. He was either blinded by his bias, or was nefarious in his intent. BTW, I literally laughed at "emotional support Governor".

  3. They just settled to punitive portion. It's somewhere around $150 million. CNN clearly didn't want the judge picking a number.
