Bill Gates says he's concerned with over population as it relates to Global Warming, so he and his foundation worked to use contraception & education as tools of population control in Africa. Bill Gates talked about using vaccines said to protect against polio but also to deliver birth control which will last for 1-2 years per shot, which reduced the birth rate in Africa where administered. Gates also said the longer women stay in education the fewer kids they have, which is also useful for population control, therefore education is how you liberalize, and reduce population among women in 3rd world and first world countries. So the issue comes down to Eugenics to control population growth... Similar to how the rockefeller foundation went about population control in the past.
