@Jeroen1983 Why is it more cost efficient to print it in English? If one was writing a textbook, it would cost the same amount to write it in English vs Dutch, right? Also, you said "...growing resistance to our doing everything in English, even when it's not necessary." implying that there exists an instance where it's a necessity. Under what circumstances is it necessary to do things in a foreign language?
