  4. Honestly, we should just eliminate time zones and instead consider that other countries have different schedules. No disadvantages, plus you have the advantage of communicating when things are happening far easier

  6. It's still a massive problem tho! The lines have to be all wobbly. I think that what they should have done is find a longitude without any land on it, set that as the international date line, then select the prime meridian to be diametrically opposite that!

  8. If you divide sunrise to sunrise into 24 'hours', each 'hour' there would be ~15 days per 'hour', ~6 hours per 'minute' and ~6 minutes per 'second'. The 'day' would start on the winter solstice
