  2.  @S3R3NTY  Most steroid use is not by competitive athletes =/= Most competitive athletes don't use steroids. Say that literally every single competitive athlete uses steroids, but for every competitive athlete, there are two steroid users that aren't competitive athletes. In this case, only one third of steroid use is by competitive athletes, but all competitive athletes use steroids. Let me guess, you're an American, right?
