@stef1896 This is again a repetition of stupid Western myths about hordes of Bolsheviks who overwhelmed positions. In fact, the total number of combat-ready bayonets in the Soviet army was no more than in the Axis troops. And even more so at the end of 42. The numerical superiority began to take shape only by the end of 43 years. I'm not even talking about the fact that a huge part of the recruits in 42 were residents of the Central Asian republics, who were much worse than the Romanians in terms of morale and combat training. For some reason, everyone writes how the Germans suffered from one thing to another, but they do not take into account that the Soviet army suffered from a lack of people, fuel and ammunition no less. Most divisions had 50% -60% of the pre-war composition. The situation more or less changed only in 44.
