  36.  @romannazarov1975  "My point of view is that the world is changing. It is impossible to build a policy and claim that Russia is to blame for everything." - Most sensible people aren't blaming Russia for everything. Yes it is fair to say that NATO did not negotiate the matter as well as it should of, but considering that Putin was essentially just looking for an excuse to invade, it is clear no matter what we did or said, that Putin would of done it eventually regardless. "At the moment, for the sake of the United States, thousands of lives are being brought in Ukraine, and European economies are also collapsing." - Something that needs to be fixed. "The West deceived Ukraine, allowing it to think that it is capable of winning the war, and also raised an analogue of the Third Reich on its territory ..." - I don't know what you mean about the Third Reich shit, but yes I will agree that NATO did give Ukraine a false sense of security, and in that vain I agree NATO is in the wrong. However considering this is Russia we are talking about, we would not be able to keep said promises to Ukraine without risking WW3 in the process. "NATO must return to the 1997 borders." - Um, why? "For peace to come." - All that would do is weaken Eastern Europe to be at Russia's mercy yet again. "The United States can no longer dictate its will to countries without taking into account other people's interests, in other words, the United States needs to re-learn to talk, not to order." - Ironic considering Putin basically ORDERED Ukraine not to try to join NATO. "Europe is quite capable of being united and independent, and if it integrates with Russia, then the most ambitious peaceful project on the planet will turn out, with a single economic space!!!" - You are seriously deluding yourself there bud. No, even disregarding the economic state Russia is in, the Geopolitics in Europe would not allow it. Most European nations, especially ones in Eastern Europe, don't trust Russia. Not only because of their oppression crimes carried out under the USSR flag, but also because of the fact Russia kept backing anti government separatists. "I think that the United States is most afraid of this scenario, they know that Russia always takes into account the interests of others and fulfills its promises!" - Right, so Putin is totally taking the interests of others into account when he is arresting protestors or funding insurrections, or invading multiple sovereign nations. Bud you are literally buying into Russian Propaganda.

  37.  @romannazarov1975  "The first is because Russia is asking for it," - So? "because NATO was created as a defensive alliance against communism. And where is the communist USSR now." - Putin. That is where. A serpent can shed its skin, but it is still a serpent and if you look at what Putin is doing to Russia now, it is going to lead to the same thing again. Also China is still a thing. "And certainly the advancement of NATO to the borders of Russia will not add security in Europe. " - It will to the nations in the alliance. Again you are trying to frame it like NATO forced or pressured these nations to join it when Eastern Europe nations went to NATO to join, not the only way around. "NATO, having attacked Yugoslavia in 1999, discredited itself as a defensive alliance ..." - Just as Putin has discredited himself for only acting in the security of Russia when arresting his own people, invading Georgia, Crimea, and backing anti Ukrainian government separatists. "It is foolish to tease a nuclear superpower that has supersonic missiles that cannot be shot down." - You mean missiles the USA also has? "While the rest are only learning how to build supersonic missiles, Russia is already learning how to merge them." - Again missles USA and China also have. "And no one knows what else is in service with Russia. " - We don't have to. If Russia uses nukes, its game over for everyone involved. "Any negotiations are a search for compromises, do not think that by giving in to the request, Europe can receive security guarantees. In the meantime, everything is moving towards a third world war with a power that has an advantage in armament ..." - Which is trying to be avoided, but if it is inevitable, why would we already give Russia an advantage?
