  2. Peaceful? Don’t make me laugh. Also no, if Taiwan wants to remain its own nation. It has the right to do that. Get that through ur thick skull, people of Taiwan do not want to join China. Taiwan belongs to the ROC which reformed into the Taiwan government we know today. Technically speaking, Taiwan is the real China.

  3. Actually that changed in 1940 agreements, as well as agreements with Japan during their occupation. Technically the province belongs to the ROC. Not the PRC.
