Also doesn’t change the constitutional violation and even disregarding that. There is a big difference between a mandate being voted on in legislation vs being ordered by the authority of one man.

I have plenty of people I know who didn’t like trump and didn’t take the vaccine just as there are many people who did like him and took the vaccine. I even took the vaccine. But I chose to do that and it’s not the government’s place to make that kind of choice for them. Period

@RichardApperition if the vaccine truly worked as well as said, no one would be a hazard. But it doesn’t. I personally know people who had to go to the hospital because of that vaccine. I chose to get the vaccine because of wanting to rid myself of masks. And that was my choice. But those that don’t if they still wear masks and still social distance, u literally got nothing to worry about. And it’s a simple matter it’s not the government’s place to force people to take it. Violation of the 3rd and 14th amendment

It is their constitutional right to control what does and doesn’t enter their body and it’s a business right not to interfere with employees medical decisions. If the government infringes on both they deliginimize themselves

@birdturd3207 because schools and the military are owned by the government. So it’s within their reach and doesn’t hold an explicit violation. But when the government is getting to the point as they are now, where u can’t even function in society without doing it, where u can’t even hold a job. That’s when it becomes a problem, and the reason why many are against the mask at this point in time is we are seeing nothing in progress. We have more cases now than we did a year ago before the vaccine was made and we are having more cases than countries in the world that haven’t gotten a higher vaccination rate. I’m not saying the vaccine doesn’t help, which is why I took it. But it clearly doesn’t help as much as we have been led on, and for many the negative side effects, some of which will take years to discover is not worth the risk for something that for many will affect them no more than a flu.

But given that u don’t care about those and would be fine with abortion even if it was just a consenting mom changing her mind midway in term. U have no ground to talk about minority cases that all together make up less than 7% of pregnancy cases

It’s not about the vaccination alone which many people have suffered negative side effects of. Even disregarding that, it’s a violation of the constitution. The 3rd and 14th amendment most specifically. So principal is the problem. The government does not have the right to force me what I put in my body

People like u r the reason this country is failing. We aren’t anarchists but we will uphold our constitutional right. That’s freedom bud that’s having rights. Which is inherent to us and it’s the government’s job to enforce that. U forget the government works for us, not the only way around. Don’t like that then u can move to a country like China or North Korea and see just how well the government cares for their people when the government has full supreme. People who give up freedom under the pretense of safety will end up with neither.

This is directly stated in the 14th amendment. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” My liberty which is a right to control whether or not I want a drug being injected in me is a constitutional right. And as such overrides any executive order made after the fact. And I never said u can’t voice ur disagreement. Problem is yes u should leave if ur trying to go against the very foundation of what our country is. Which is based on the constitution, unalienable rights, and consent of the governed.

Um no. Sorry that’s a violation of the 14th and 3rd amendment of the constitution. He cannot make this mandatory. And the survival rate of Covid is higher than u think. For many who have certain allergic conditions and blood issues. They would rather take their chances with the virus than trust a vaccine that has negatively affected some people and is less than 6 months old
