@e-man1634 Yes but you have to understand that non explicit rights are ultimately subject to a Court’s interpretation and in most cases would have such issues fall under the 10th amendment for the states to individually decide. Overturning Roe V Wade didn’t make abortion illegal, it gave the states to decide for themselves what laws if any should apply for and against abortion since Abortion isn’t a constitutional right.

@e-man1634 Actually there is explicit lines within the constitution that forbid slavery. Its called the 13th amendment. I love how much false equivalence you rely on when the tragic irony is supporting abortion is doing the same dehumanizing tactics that slavers did against the blacks.

@e-man1634 You really think there aren't records that kept on track? They would not even have to block them, law enforcement can have access to your medical information or records in the event of being a suspect or victim of a crime. Since for that state, abortion would be a crime. Any suspecions can allow the law enforcement to look into a medical record. And of course such procedures would be on record. I don't think I need to get into what can occur from there.

@e-man1634 Amsterdam is a different country. And by accounts a state can actually legally arrest you even if such crime is committed in another state. Now luckily for you most states don’t. But there are states working to pass laws that would make such arrests a standard on those who attempt to flee to another state to do an abortion.
