And who is to say they cannot do both? Also abortion was never a right and the court finally corrected that issue.

@benfranco3801 Legal. It was legal to do. However it was not an inherent right as nowhere in the constitution did it state any rights pertaining to abortion which means by default, its legal status would be determined by the states in accordance with the 10th amendment.

@benfranco3801 At best you could argue it was interpreted that way. However for it to be a private matter would suggest there is no other interest involved. In this case being the unborn child. This is why domestic abuse cannot be considered a "right to privacy." And that doesn't apply anymore anyways.

@benfranco3801 You clearly don't know what Fetus means. Fetus: an offspring of a human or other mammal in the stages of prenatal development that follow the embryo stage (in humans taken as beginning eight weeks after conception) Offspring Definition: a person's child or children.

@benfranco3801 Clearly the definitions don't agree with you. Also while I agree that more could be done for the adoption centers and foster care, I don't use their current flaws as an excuse to kill those children. Also no offense, I am not interested in Marxist rhetoric.
