  2. No country in history has a completely clean record. However that does not change the position Taiwan is in. Also Taiwan is part of the ROC not the PRC.

  4. UN was created post world war 2. The last treaty fully signed involving Taiwan was between the ROC and Japan, that specifically conceded the Taiwan island to the Republic of China government. Not the Communists. Also u ignorant fool, the reason why the Republic of China is on their passport is because they are the remnant of that government. The Republic of China is not the "People's Republic of China". They are 2 separate regimes.
