@SidewaysGts 9th Amendment: “Because the rights protected by the Ninth Amendment are not specified, they are referred to as “unenumerated.” The Supreme Court has found that unenumerated rights include such important rights as the right to travel, the right to vote, the right to keep personal matters private and to make important decisions about one’s health care or body.” - Mandating the vaccine would be a violation of the 3rd amendment, 9th amendment, 10th amendment, and 14th amendment

@SidewaysGts Thats not a counter argument. Just responding with a no without proper evidence is nothing but saying denial and as such is not valid. Try again.

@SidewaysGts firstly I accidentally wrote 3rd when I meant to say first. That was my writing mistake. So sorry about that. Now the 1st amendment honors freedom of religion and assembly both of which are violated through a Covid mandate. It would A. Interfere with such religious practice which many are against our injections because of said religion, and B. Creating the inability for them to go out and participate in society would be a violation of freedom of assembly. 9th amendment: while it is slightly vague, it does rule that there are certain rights for the federal government not to interfere with which includes a right to privacy. A vaccine being a medical decision for oneself would fall under that. As such it is not the business of the government through mandated to interrogate people on whether or not they are vaccinated. 10th amendment: any powers not specifically granted to the federal government by the constitution and not prohibited by it to the states shall be reserved to the states and people. Even if the vaccine mandate was not a violation of other amendments, it would be the place of the states to pass it not the federal government. 14th Amendment: No state shall make a law or enforce a law which abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens of the USA nor deprive any person of life, liberty, and property without due process of law. Nor deny any person in its jurisdiction the equal protection of laws.
