The only question I would ask about this, is why would Hitler want a continued war with the blockade when making peace would allow him to trade with Venezuela again and allow him to rebuild stocks against the Soviets. Hell, even declaring war on the US would be a better option with the logic being presented as the USA would not have the same degree of blockades that UK had. Not to mention it would allow Germany and Japan to coordinate far more.
