I don’t condone Ukraine’s own actions against that. However they were in a Civil War against a Separatist movement in case you forgot. Civilian casualties is always an unfortunate consequence of a Civil War

  9. What reasonable negotiations are that. Ukraine has been more than willing to negotiate. The problem is Russia won’t accept anything outside of their exact terms.
