  2. "I think the people of the united states are mostly just winning babies who are bias and unwilling to open their ears and minds to new ideas and opinions." - Really now? "We still follow a piece of paper made hundreds of years ago." - That paper is a thing called a constitution within a constitutional republic. U know why we have it? So the government doesn't just get away with anything it wants. "Like the government has the right to create a mandate." - No it doesn't. Not one that violates personal autonomy highlighted in the 14th amendment. constitution "If you don't like it you have the right to fight and overthrow." - True, but newsflash many would like change without a civil war. "If the police don't listen to the government the government can shut down the police." - Right just as if the government doesn't listen to the people and uphold their unalienable rights, then we have a right to shut it down. But tell me if u honestly believe the politicians wouldn't battle their own overthrow? "Like you have the right to be stupid but please don't put this on other people like saying the vax is the governments doing and covid was the government or china's wrong doing. Like this could have happened anywhere in the world and right now China is leading in health conditions." - Because they were the least economically impacted. Gee just a coincidence right? "I have been to china myself and seen the whole city not wear masks because there are 0 cases. China has around 100,000 cases while we have 800k in deaths. China controlled it so can we." - Nope. "It doesn't mean we need to put force and threaten the people." - Which is what the US government is now doing. "The people need to get educated and stop laying around doing nothing except complain. Masks and vaccines don't guarantee you don't get covid. They lower the chances. Like its completely up to you to get the shot or not but when it becomes out of your hands and other people are affected its not a joke. "Well I haven't got it and I'm not going to infect anyone." Well if you do its kind of like the whole thing of safe than sorry?" - Ok and its their choice if they want that risk, its not the government's. "I mean your not the one caring about the person you might affect and transmit it to 30 other people and kills someone. Cause Americans are selfish." - All nations are selfish. Welcome to the real world. But I would rather have a selfish people than a tyrannical government.

  8.  @lisanidog8178  "so let me see if I understand you. Telling you to mask or stay out, no test or vax to keep fellow employees safe is discrimination?" - When done in a government level, yes. "Well boo hoo on those people who couldn't care less about spread. Comply or leave." - And where do u expect them to go? Getting fired from one job is not the same as not being able to get any, and then what? Crime becomes a tempting option after that point. "Enough of the coddling! Shame we can't jail those who refuse to help get rid of the virus by vaxxing, boostering social distancing, testing, masking." - Wow so by ur logic, anyone who refuses to Vax, boost, mask, or social distance is a criminal? Wow, sounds like u would have to arrest 90% of the US population. Looks like I'm a criminal by ur logic. Because I vaxxed, but I will not be taking boosters. "Many business owners DO care whether you're vaccinated! Or masked! Or tested! And they will fire you if you're not." - Ok and that is their choice. I respect their choice just as u should respect the ones that DON'T care. "Dead employees don't make money." - 97% survival rate. "Dead customers don't buy what business is selling." - 97% survival rate. "The ones who don't care will soon learn their customers will go elsewhere so they don't get sick." - And that is the customers choice. The natural market will take care of itself, but instead everything is going Big Brother. "A global pandemic isn't political. It's health." - Which when weaponized in an attempt to control people even in violation of their own constitutional rights, it is political. You can't force treatment. You cannot force a jab anymore than u can force kimo on a cancer patient. "Obviously you can't tell the difference. The virus sure as heck doesn't care." - Yep, its called a virus and at this point government meddling has done more damage than even the virus itself at this point. Also ironic that with the vaccine and coming mandates more people died this year than in 2020 when we had none of that. "And everyone else is sick and tired of overwhelmed hospitals full of sick unvaxxed who take beds away from patients with non Covid illnesses like car accidents, maternity care, heart attacks." - And sure we can agree there, if they took the risk, they shouldn't go the hospital.

  11.  @lisanidog8178  "and that debunks all the stupidity of anti vaxxers who say the vaccines don't work!" - Very few say it does not work at all, just that its not anywhere near as effective as people try to claim. "Despite getting vaxxed and boosted I don't relax any safety measures! And I haven't caught Covid! It doesn't want me because I still don't give it an opportunity." - Ignoring that some people just get lucky. "My immune system is jacked up with the vaccine that will recognize any variant." - Ignoring I did the same thing and still caught it bud, so its not as jacked as u think. "If I don't need to go out I stay home! And yes, sir! I'm alive and well because I'm vaxxed and boosted, maintain social distancing, don't travel, don't mingle in big crowds and although masking is no longer mandated I still carry it just in case that no mask no entry sign goes up even when vaxxed." - So basically not living a real life. Good to know. And u know what? Thats ur choice. Many people here myself included are not anti vaccers, we are anti mandate. "That's my "And?"! Anti vaxxers will do none that! No safety measures! They're terrified of a needle. I rest my case." - They ain't terrified of anything. Dude at this point its the government they don't trust. Not the shot itself. Back before these mandates even became a thing, most were willing to line up and take it. Nowadays, do u really think any mandate isn't going to reinforce their distrust? If they were not convinced before, they aren't going to be when u figuratively point a gun at their head.

  17. "My family used to spend Passover as a kid with another family. The mom was born like her husband in the 20's. Mrs. Frank had no polio vaccine as a kid like we have now invented in the 50's. She was an adult. Did she end up in an iron lung? Thank goodness no! Did she have two leg braces or one. Neither. But she did have a noticeable limp and as she grew older used a can sometimes. Her son and daughter were born in the years my brother and I were. 1956 and 1955. They lived in my state of Ohio. WE kids had to get our Polio vaccine at school. Don't know why don't care! There was none of this one shot! None of this vaccine on sugar. We had an injector with 40-50 needles AT ONCE! Didn't feel a thing. Mrs. Frank never said well I survived Polio with just a limp my kids will not be vaccinated. A) she didn't want to risk her kids and B) she had no choice! No vax no school entry. NO coddling and no politicization. My brother, me, the Frank kids ALL got our Polio vaccines with 40-50 needles at once. Not ONE of us contracted Polio! Not ONE of us had any side effects! Mom's trick was get vaxxed, come home, take a couple of those nasty chewable aspirins at the time and off to bed! No fevers or chills." - Good for u that was ur and ur mom's choice. Not everyone was so lucky. "So get vaxxed get boosted come home take an aspirin and you'll be fine." - Not all of them are. "But let's be clear here. The arguments against vaccines have nothing to do with them itself. It's about another lovely stupid culture war to bellyache about!" - Not really, its about infringement on freedoms. If the government knew to leave people alone, then this would not be a problem. "Meanwhile we're close to 800K DEAD! A thousand hospitalized a day! Other countries have it bad so yeah!" - Like that is much more than the normal death toll per year. " Lock down vaccine mandates!" - Nope. "And don't give me this rag about mandates being tyranny!" - Because it is. "Tyranny is jailing you for no vaccine shot taken." - Right the same way a business owner can lose his business be fined and jailed for not enforcing such mandates? LOL "See anyone arrested? Anywhere? NO!" - Yes. "Tyranny is grabbing the unvaxxed, forcing them into a chair, tying you down and jabbing! How many has that happened to anywhere! Not ONE country!" - It never starts with the genocide. Remember the persecution against the Jews by Nazis did not start in the Concentration Camps. It may not happen now, but give the government enough power and they eventually will resort to that. "Oh shame on my boss! He'll force me to vax!" - No shame on the politicians making him enforcing it under the threat of losing his or her business. Amazing, how we lost ownership over our own businesses because the government wants to move the pawn pieces. "Get outta here!" - Ur the one in here. "You have the choice of vaxxing, masking, testing on the bosse's dime not yours!" - Except in many states u don't. "You have the choice of quitting or being fired." - Except u don't. Its not like u can get another job if this is enforced anywhere and how else do u suggest paying rent and getting food on the table? "After all your boss doesn't owe you a job!" - No but the government owes the boss that choice. "And you won't get unemployment and they'll ask! Vaxxing, testing, masking are the rules of employment. They don't owe you a job but they DO have to make sure you don't get sick and die being exposed at work!" - No they don't. workplace "If you want to get sick and die that's your choice but don't expose others!" - They don't, they just don't want a mandated vaccine either and I don't blame them. "That ISN'T your right!" - It actually kinda is. Its their right not to have their personal autonomy violated. "Stay out of the hospital if you're unvaxxed and get Covid! You're taking up bed space because the quack cures that don't work you take you demand care!" - What? LOL.
