  2. Um no it really doesn’t. Taiwan became recognized by the Un as a sovereign nation, and peace agreements were settled to ensure Taiwan’s existence. Also I don’t think u get to say that when independence has been held for over 60 years. That’s like saying Korea should still be considered Japanese

  7. Except it didn’t belong to China. Taiwan has been recognized as an independent nation. In fact until the 50s it was the rightful Chinese government. The US made an alliance with Taiwan. So it’s very much in our right to defend it
