  1. No he isn’t. U fail to understand Putin wanted this war to happen. The President was an excuse. The same way as the Danzig Corridor was Germany’s excuse for invading Poland. Doesn’t change that they were going to do it anyway no matter what

He did go out on the field when he could, but he can't do that now without actively endangering himself, and his death would be a major morale blow if he got killed or captured. Also that is not over. But when the war front as in ur home, u got to have a safe zone.

  4.  @mariafletcher4055  To act like he should surrender based on some casualties is ignorance at best. Putin can end this by simply leaving, but he won't. And Ukraine won't stop until Russia does.
