  2. The UK's idea had some good but flawed ideas. What if the private sector is not eligable to apply? Remember, this is after a year. And people will only have to work 30 hours and it will only apply to local municipality work or charities.Heck,even 24 hours a week to give people more time to jobsearch.I think that would be fair. It will also give people a sense of pride back.Though digressing a bit there never will be enough jobs available under a post industrial economy.This is a good safety net.
