  2. Prison conditions should be a lot better than what they are especially in countries like that. But people should be made to work (without going overboard) to contribute towards the costs and help repay society. Personally if i had to go to a prison i would rather work for free and live with dignity, perhaps my own cell with it's own sink and toilet. Rather than not work but live in an overcrowded cell in squalor. Which is the reality for many prisoners.
