  1. @Olengher I guess once you've built your factories, damns and channeled the rivers, such tasks are done and doesnt need to be expanded on. Or at least not at a rate that would solve unemployment. It's a challenge for all European countries the unemployment, theres no obvious solutions, as you say service based enterprises can only go so far.

  2. The article says theres problems maintaining a home based workforce. Does that mean unemployment there is low?
