  2. I remember that Britain from when i was a kid. It was still around in the early to mid 80's. It's funny how much things changed especially over the 90s.

  3. It looked a bit grim but in many ways it was less miserable than now. Though far from perfect there was more sense of community, people in the same area often grew up, worked and hanged out together (pubs, football, or chatting at shopping centres) over decades. Everyone is so much more isolated today, causing a sense of alienation. Many resort to the internet, discord channels, tiktok or video games to seek a sense of community. That's more miserable if you ask me.

  5.  @JustDaniel6764  Its sad, im not a proper brit but i was born there i live in Chile now. But i miss the old UK and the old culture. Remember that this problem spawned out of modern globalist capitalism. I prefer the older more national centric form of capitalism
