  1. Just a side note, as most americans don't realise this but in British context when they say 'asians' they don't mean 'east asian' but south asians. I.e. Pakistani, Indians, Bangladeshi people. There is a smaller east asian community, many have roots in Hong Kong but it is quite small in comparison.

  2. It's worth bearing in mind, many east europeans, including Russians think this way too. Outside of western first world, this mindset is pretty common, so i'm not really on board with the message being pushed by this article. It's supporting the argument of 'Ukraine = racists so Russian invasion good, because they said it was against nazis'. When war is never the solution, because too many innocent people who did nothing wrong lose everything, or even their lives.

  4.  @lorsheckmolseh3345  I think that if Putin could turn back the clock to January 2022, he would. The only winner here is the military industrial complex. A better strategy for Putin would have been to continue to support Donbas seperatists, but rather than by invading, by offering them safe haven and refuge in Russia. And by calling out and highlighting whenever the Ukrainians commited any crimes against Donbas people. The vast sums of money used in this war could have been invested in building new cities and infrastructure, and a more prosperous Russia that would have made Ukraine and the west look bad in comparison. While Russian reputation for taking a more measure approach, yet providing sanctuary for the oppressed would have made it look good, not bad.
