  1. Social housing needs to have a quick-fire way to kick out delinquents who dont respect their priviledge of getting a cheap home. As well as improved safety measures on new constructions. But i love living in low rent home i can call my own. It's way better than house sharing or living at your parents and for low income workers which are a large part of the population, it's the only way they can live, and have spare money in their pocket as rent gobbles that income up. If honest work doesnt pay you get crime.

  2. I'm ok with them but if they end up housing delinquents or people that play loud music day and night it can be a nightmare.

  3. Now you can design a soviet city too with the game Soviet Republic, Workers & Resources. Which takes a fairly objective and neutral take on the subject.
