  1. max rav Much as i respect George, he is somewhat ignorant in this matter. Old people struggle to get past that barrier, my father was like that but eventually he did try it and enjoys PC games now. I know George RR Martin is a busy man, perhaps too busy to try video games but I bet if he played Mass Effect 1, or Pillars of Eternity, or Civ 5 or Shogun Total War 2 he would see their artistic merits.

  3. Deathshuck Totally agree, theres beatifual visuals and music and story and script, all combined at times. And even in its more simple form, the intelligence of puzzles and the way the environments all been pieced together also makes it worthy of the title of art. As for candy crush saga, well its just a game but i couldnt help but remember when they tried pull a legal action on The Banner Saga franchise (a game that can be deemed as art) due to having the word saga in it. How ridiculous :)

  4. ***** What if a real piece of original art existed in a museum within a game? A work of such quality that were someone to paint it onto canvass or some other craft, it would create awe and a stir, yet is made in a digital form?
