  1. It's a horrible to say, but I cant forgive one who kills themself because of the pain they inflict on their family and friends. Working nights is not good for the human psyche however. The magnitude of the situation would have appeared inflated, some rationality will have been lost. A consequential and important issue that comes from this is that night workers deserve a better deal. It's bad enough for NHS and Trust workers but worst for the large minority of private sector care workers.
