  1. Either the government starts a serious campaign against the problem or it sees a huge blow to its tourism industry and possibly to foreign investment. All countries have problems like this but im just saying with all the scrutiny it will put investors and tourists off so the indian gov really needs to take it seriously. Setting up sting operations, arrests, getting it all on camera is the best way to lure out and beat these thugs.
