@KETTYKISH the internal chinese media actually reported it, and it caused an outrage within china. The news then spread outside of china. At least china as a country acknowledges it was something terrible that happened here. It has angered millions of them.

@tuseey they will also likely be sacked if they are late for work. I was trying to rescue and injured young girl! Bullshit says the employer, your sacked. And then you cant pay your rent and are on the street. Brutal conditions make people act in a brutal way. It's terrible.

@YTsamNZ This isnt quite the same. In this case it wouldnt have mattered if the child was a boy or girl. Those callous bastards would have acted in exactly the same way if the child was a young boy.

@Fockersnextdoor dont be dumb, that is no communist utopia. It is an oppressive communist party that has embraced capitalism under the rationale that capitalism is an important phase before advancing to socialism, and then the communist utopia. They still kind of believe in the communism, but are happy to practice capitalism under a watchful eye of the state, for now.
