It wouldnt be so bad if the working classes havent become poorer as a result.The prosperity of the developed world was built on a consumer society with the wealth trickling down more to the masses, which doesnt happen so much now. And also a housing market selling cheap houses that even an unskilled worker could buy, that would gain value over time. But new generations dont have that option any more. And because they are having to pay rents through the roof and increasing council tax and electric and water bills it leaves them with very little expendible money, leading to less prosperous nations with less consumers/buyers. They'll probably all vote socialist one day and then the 1% will be kind of screwed. My tip to the 1%, if you make life a little more comfortable, allowing for a little more expendible income to poorer workers, they will be content and they wont turn socialist and the crisis will be averted.
