  1. The reason the chinese government are being such assholes is that it would establish a costly precedent, the logical solution if i was an evil official would be to have him die. If i was a neutral official I would publicly give him 200,000 yuan and give him the other 400,000 on the sly, behind closed doors and tell him never to speak of it.
