  1. CPI is just a perception though. I perceive america as corrupt because the politicians are all in bed with the bankers and do as they want. And also what the military industrial complex wants but because most people dont follow politics to realise that, it comes out quite well in general perceptions because america is wealthy. I'm not saying america is like one of the most corrupt places on earth, it isnt. But it's still a serious issue which damages their democracy.
