  1. @TheCanniball74 I'm not the moron, Kim Jong Il is, for not having established a 1 child policy the day that the soviet union ended. If he did that, there would be less mouths to feed and a famine may have been averted. Also, if the country believes in Juche (self reliance) then it would be necessary for him to do this as there isnt that much arable land in mountainous north korea. If they dont do this, the regime will ultimately be doomed.
