TYT aren't perfect but they are on the ball for economic and poverty issues, and criticism of money in politics.

Invite Louis on as a guest David, would be interesting to see his opinion on current events and how he's been doing! :)

Jesse is a good man

We should strap him to a chair like in clockwork orange and make him watch david pakman show :)

He kind of admitted to having been physically attracted to men in the TYT interview but claims to have resisted his urges. Maybe he did. But it's clearly still in his mind.

that's because we have better things to do with our time than spam websites/channels we don't agree with.

South Korea yes. China, not really. China has a policy of returning north koreans to north korea, i hate to think what happens to them after that. They have to journey through China for much of the journey but it's not in their interest to stay there long, they then go through other countries in south east asia, like phillipines to get to South Korea. I think the embassy there accepts them.

Social programs are socialistic in nature but also rely on capitalism. The government backs schemes to improve quality of life for the poorer people, often at the expense of capitalists who have the heaviest burden through taxes. It's a partial redistrubution of wealth which is socialistic in nature if not out and out socialism. The right wingers like to call it socialism when it doesn't work but if shown an example of it working it is not socialism. The truth is that socialism is pretty broad term with varying degrees but this day and age a good social democracy can only survive it doesn't squeeze too much from capitalism.

Road Fox The problem is drought and bottled water uses a lot more water in it's manufacture.

Much as i opposed the 2003 iraq war i think this current small scale intervention is necessary. The US is doing good things in helping the Yazidis and we can't have groups like ISIS sweep everything away, merely because they have the most aggressive fighters.

+S Cin I didnt get that vibe. He doesnt seem very happy though, and kind of resigned, but he doesnt seem dangerous either.

Sabertooth Turtle There's nothing in the constitution that specifies white people. Unless you mean't that they were white, and happened to be nationalist. But i don't think that's what you mean't.

David Pakman haunts Reza Aslan's dreams at night :)

+Mugiwara Luffy I'm sympathetic to the plight of Palestinians but Hamas does suck. The day the Palestinians started to vote for Hamas instead of Fatah was the day they abandoned reason for madness.

Most Ukranians generally want to move toward closer ties with EU but many Ukranian citizens are ethnic russians and prefer closer ties (but not an out and out union) with Russia. Especially within the Crimea and cities like Sebastopol. Perks of EU membership for ukranians will be it will be easier for them to look for work in member state countries. Something that highly irritates many people in western europe as it's deemed, rightly or wrongly (it's a whole other complex topic) to keep wages and worker conditions lower. However, a perk for both the Ukraine and EU member states is a large market for it's potentially very rich agricultural produce which may likely help keep food prices low in EU. This is probably why Russia doesn't want to let Ukraine move away from it's sphere. The downside could be higher energy prices as the country (as well as EU increasingly) does depend on Russia fossil fuel quite a lot. Russia could make energy supply more difficult for Ukraine if they move more toward the EU.

We've done it to ourselves. By ignoring or belittling the real issues of the working class.
5
Oh come one. What about Allende? He respected the rule of law.

Keep up the good work David!

Mr. Provocative films You'd think this would be the case. Maybe even expand on it, so that on top of a ban on exporting water, all bottled water on sale in California must come from out of state. And that should be the case until water stocks recover.

Less stressful jobs with no pressure (flip side they may be a bit boring) would go a long way to help. Problem is all such jobs pay a pittance with zero hour contracts etc. The people with such conditions wouldnt be able to make a living from them. The possibility of only getting 20 hours, and not being able to pay rent or bills will only make the depression worse.

I quite like it, but it also sounds like a 1990's Commodore Amiga game.

+TheScholar74 especially family values politician

regalia Of course not but some of the gay hating nazi policy makers, that lead to such attrocities being carried out, may have had some self hating issues.

+Inkswitch the Unicorn I suggest we all spend that free time performing monastic duties so we don't become like the eldar of old :)

hehe, i was going to say something similar, you beat me to it! :)

I love the British Museum i used to go there all the time.

It's a shame the Israeli Labour party is no longer a force. And it's a shame the Palestinian Fatah party is no longer a force. Both those parties, they were not perfect, but they were open to reason and compromise.
4
I don't get why we have to follow such an anti-russian stance, yet remain friendly with countries like Saudi Arabia which are much worse.
4
I choose the religion of atheism! kneels and prays to Dawkins and Charles Darwin lol just kidding guys :)
4
Neo-liberal economic policy, triggered by Reagan and Thatcher caused that Edward Proxy. It helped usher in the age of globalisation which did create wealth but worsened the living of working class of the first world.

Alan W Sadly the future generations may end up looking back at our time as some kind of a golden age.
4
Remember in UK age of consent is 16. So sometimes these 'accidents' happen. Sure one should be more careful but the 70's parties were pretty wild, when one is high on booze and drugs youre not really in a position to assess the situation so well.
4
+Gary Proudfoot I wouldnt go that far, they (TYT) do get it wrong some of the time (and sometimes quite badly) but i think they are right more often than they are wrong. I do agree with Kyle a lot more though.
4
It should only be banned if it is a huge 20 stone woman :)

Bangladesh did have a progressive and left leaning secular leadership once at the time of the independance war vs Pakistan/East Pakistan but it has since slid into a regressive islamic leadership. The progressive remnant and their successors have been sidelined, hounded/bullied and even killed as we see here. It's pretty sad as it once was one of the hopes to be the kind of moderate muslim states Reza Aslan likes to pretend is almost a norm.

@WarrenBotes He's no Stephen Kenneth Destiny Bonnel the First 🤣

I think the Chauvin verdict had him feeling down so he overdid it with the happy pills.

Or even western and central Europe.

Arab, Pakistani, even Indian. It's all the same to the ignorant racists.

Vaping Cannabis is the future!

Adult because the future is gonna be pretty terrible once sea levels rise in 30 years time and they have to redraw the maps.

Zimmerman seems a ticking time bomb. Always looking for confrontations and with that attitude it's a matter of time before he's back in the news for something more serious/terrible than this.
3
We'll be seeing a lot more of government sponsored 'provocateurs' as legitimate protest grows.
3
Not ideal but it would probably work. Might be worth trying out in poor areas and see what happens.

and now he burns forever for not being part of the right denomination. lol so dumb. (RELIGION)

I don't like outsourcing but for the natives (such as in Bangladesh) it can be a lifeline where otherwise there wouldn't be one. In an ideal world for me we wouldn't outsource and the natives of those countries would fight and re-organise to create a fairer society where things aren't that desperate.

There is a loose link. Even if supporting Gamergate doesn't make you alt right, it created a feminist backlash which the alt right capitlised on, due to feminists being in the wrong on that one.

Spaniard SRK I guess that made Franco left wing then? lol yeah right :)
