  1. There should be always be an option, to guarantee food and shelter, always. For every homeless person. Even if it has to mean a form of welfare for work. They shape up, put in their 6 hours labour for the city authority, they have a roof over their head and 3 hot meals in return, and are put on waiting lists for permanent housing. The reason i say 6 hours a day and not 8 is to not make it exploitative, but still have them give something back, to shut up the right wingers, whilst most importantly, helping them get out of the mire.
