It seems unlikely but i think it's plausilble, there is a large chunk of the electorate who are not politically savvy but realise theres something off with Trump and when it comes to Clinton/the Clintons are pretty ignorant. You can call them the silent majority which is a phenomena also seen in the Scottish referendum. Those that supported Union and status quo were never quite as vocal about it because it wasnt very cool to do so.
