As it the case for most incidences of violence. No, the case is that those that declare war most of the time are motivated by lust for money/power. Not by rage or a rush of blood, as a bar room brawl may. In modern america war is an easy way for the powerful with connections to make money at the expense of the tax payer and the common man.
