  1. I guess those africans just can't control themselves. I jest of course but this is the conclusion most of the real racists will come out of. Swaziland embarasses itself and it's people with such a law. A sexy woman should be able to walk through a crowd of men in total safety. As a man i would just give her a wink perhaps or a wolf whistle but wouldnt touch her. For i am civilised. Swaziland would do well to set up sting operations to get these brutish men rather than pass such stupid laws.
