Don't get me wrong i think North Korea is the worst government in the world but not too long ago we also had stories like he executed his ex girlfriend and her pop band and he even dropped a missile on her. This makes him out to be more like a james bond pantomime villain and the source quoted back then was that it was from a south korean tabloid that got it from  'a source in china'. A source in china? Well that's no source. Yet everyone took it at face value and the more the story was repeated the more people saw it as fact. The North Korean regime is bad enough, to not need to make fantasy stories and make Un into a fictional super villain. Stick to the facts, the poverty, the secrecy (obvious sign of something to hide) the terrible stories from people who managed to flee the regime. The famine.
