  1. Less stressful jobs with no pressure (flip side they may be a bit boring) would go a long way to help. Problem is all such jobs pay a pittance with zero hour contracts etc. The people with such conditions wouldnt be able to make a living from them. The possibility of only getting 20 hours, and not being able to pay rent or bills will only make the depression worse.
