  2. I think the judge is largely to blame here. Maybe he should spend 4 years in prison and pay a large restitution.

  3. She does deserve more jail and he deserves a higher compensation than 90,000 dollars. However it is important to take into account that she did come forward and confess to what she did. And if we lay down a really harsh penalty to people who do come forward and do that, then no-one else who has done such a thing will ever come forward.
