Solutions.... hmm. 1) More desalinisation plants 2) More greenhouse based agriculture (maybe some kind of large agri dome structure) 3) Measures to encourage people to have less kids and curbing immigration so that population stops growing at the current rates. Less people = less demand on water. 4) Less fracking and harsher penalties to big companies that pollute water sources.5) Bottled water can only be sourced from out of state.
