By definition paying attention means everything would have been well. Guess what people haven't been doing for several decades (yes, this mess goes back that far).

@DarkFrozenDepths Something often forgotten. Manufacturing is only part. The other is resources and those aren't always so conveniently in the tariffing country (hence Trump trying to leverage Ukraine). And even if, it doesn't go from zero to hero overnight. It takes a good while to get everything going. In the meantime, everyone is suffering from that and everything else wrecking ball Musk can think of. Not to mention our rep on the world stage is going into the toilet. So really all this nonsense is a variant on "wont someone think of..." and just as empty, because they're not doing it for any that believes them.

@NuclearPowerParty Also look at where the feds money comes from. Now with all that said don't forget the ones that started all this are targeting states as well. It's just a more diffused target. Any kind of defense has to be as organized if not more as the enemy, and as persistent. Corrupt federal institutions can be worked around if the states work together.

@jasonmaclean719 I don't think I would use sloppy security to justify the train wreck coming up. Only solution is unplug from the current mess and start anew because all of its broken or soon will be. Guard your physical self because that is what they'll want the most.
