There was only Switzerland, and it was only 50 years later , that the US joined, and shortly after France. Mind you that the US democracy included slavery as the people's choice, and France introduced democracy with a reign of terror. Just to get some perspective and the bigger picture.

He decided, that the Crimea should be part of the Ukraine.

Many segments of this film tell the story of his interactions with Khrushchev and how they both survived a paranoid Stalin. Beria as the other very interesting character. The acting is superb. @ashcarrier6606 There was a bloody civil war raging in Finland from 1917 -1919, and yes, there was also the "White Terror" raging against the left in Finland. Are you aware of that ? Finland made a lot of movies about it, like Raja 1918 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoMJf7CHLqA , Käsky (Tears of April) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK73Qzvx1nw Germany got involved on the sides of the Whites to turn the tide. Even after the war was over, German volunteers stayed for a few years for mob up operations after WW1. There where also Bolshevik sympathizers that survived, wanting retribution. The area is much more grey than you believe.
