@leoalper4530 If we do not respect human rights, or deny it's credence, than who are we ? There is this word called proportionality, in relation to violence, which is completely out of whack in Gaza. what is happening there is an illegal landgrab, and practiced apartheid. The notion of suicide bombing is just as creepy as the religious assertion to be of the chosen people. Yet, justice is used with a big stick, like we have learned no lessons from the past. Violence is being perpetuated. After the fall of the iron curtain, I hoped there was the perfect time, to deal with the Israeli vs Palestinian issue. Well we just engaged in petty dramatics, and missed a historical chance. Using money like might, is like adding oil to a fire. You can't buy love, and you sure can't buy justice.

Suleimani was invited by the Iraqi Government to ease tensions with Saudi Arabia. The US used this event to murder him. Iran does not need to exact revenge. The Iraki Government voted all foreign troops out of Iraq, and the US. Iran will probably leave it at that, if they act intelligently. Now us, the people in the west : now will have a lot of questions : why, what for and how much has it cost humanity. It was a senseless war, that lasted almost 17 years, destroying millions of lives and ruined a once rich country, damaged the west beyond recognition. Now we are sitting on many $ trillions in debt 10`s of thousands of disabled veterans, an infrastructure needing repairs, and a population more polarized than ever in our history, since the american civil war. Mike you mentioned a few times now, that soon we will carve each other into little bits .... I`m more optimistic than you are, it is now that we have the chance to turn things around, and end all those perpetual wars, that only enriched the Military Industrial Complex, with the top 1%, that got filthy rich waging those wars, but devalued our money, destroyed our middle class savings and taught us to be tough against the people we left behind. Our lives have become meaner, more selfish and spiteful.

@asgglass2709
We are tired to get those "invasion days", like the US is run by Jehova inspirations.
Sorry, but we do not take them serious anymore.
The Americans delivered us with Ford trucks, and Bush Family trades, supported us with Charles Lindberg, and Miss Wally Simpson, right up December 7th 1941. You even had Nazi Rallye's at Madison square Gardens, to that date, for Christ sake.
And here is the News flash, it was not the Americans that liberated us from the greatest leader of all times, it was the Soviet Army.

@jamesholmstrom5837 Your quote ########################################## The collapse is the gov't mostly, no feds, no office, etc. And honestly "thank gawd" if it were true. Deep state has been corrupt since (what we know) JFK was assassinated...and has become a beast of its own to the world, as much as patriots. ############################################################################################################### The union of states will experience a higher volatility , as soon as internal pressures, of water shortages, inflation, declining old age, higher cost of living, opioid abuse, gene manipulation disasters, a health care system more geared in profits than healing, an education system elevating vanity and greed , rather than critical thinking, to raise more consumption of goods that we really do not need. Those short lived products already poison our oceans, and have become part of our foodchain: Micro plastics. What is there to be left, to be proud off ? Patriot of what ? Perhaps Patriotism will spring up for local communities , that managed real accomplishments and sustainability.

@kosatochca It`s not that I dislike Schirvans report, it is that our planet is shrinking when it come to liberty`s we are still enjoying. Russia and China are seen by many people, that witness a catastrophic breakdown of freedom and Intelligence in the west, as country`s of hope and a new alternative beginning, less prone to greed and militarism, with a touch of culture, that is here replaced by consumerism. If China and Russia will not stand up against an imperial western corporate takeover, hope to live in a socially more just world will vanish. We are tired of perpetual corporate sponsored wars, that only serves the ones profiting from it, and has no scruples dealing with autocratic rulers on the scale of Mussolini fascism , with Religious inspired Dictators that still live in the middle ages and worst of all we being forced to accept a middle eastern country that practices stealing lands from a minority and practices apartheid, as moral mentors and Golden calf worshippers. A corporate Main Stream Media that keeps a population under entertainment drugs, an industry unhinged from rules, literal poisoning us with pharmacy products, those competing against an underground `War on Drugs` that now is wielding political power. There is no plan to fight t or even halt climate change, unless profits can be made What`s going on in the West, is going to make the internal problems of Russia and China look more like true democracy.

@pierrejeanpaulfrancoisjacq25 First we have to bring order into your "Google Translate - French into English", so I can get your point. And yes in 1996, we where bussed to Montreal to prevent Jack Pariseau to commit a stupidity. In Quebec they called it an Ontario invasion into their affairs. And you are right, I am with a few more pounds , and I wish I would be still middle aged. I do not get your "14" thing. And I'm sure I'm on the NSA CIA FBI list, perhaps not the one you assume. Last time I checked, France is at war against their own citizens, our yellow vests friends, for how many consecutive weeks now ? And you are also right, France is a socialist country for the rich. Was France involved in the removal of Mossadegh - 1953 too, I know the British and Americans where. Can I ask Macron to take care of my dental bills too ?

@khan-ng I just look of the job the US is doing, can China do anything worse ? I live around a Chinese community, and I like the Chinese culture, by the way, as much as the Vietnamese. have seen many Vietnamese movies, and I like reading and studying Vietnamese history, and loved how they defeated colonialism. The US will retreat from the Pacific, because they are financially bankrupt with a record deficit. What keeps the US afloat is the fear that to many investors will lose their fortunes. But if you give them the chance to get out of the US $, they will. The military race will stop, when the US bases are gone. Why would every one to fight each other, when our cultural differences can be solved by diplomacy.

@matthiasbindl7085 Italy will no longer allow migrants to land in their harbor, Poland does not want any, the Baltic States are war mongering, Romania drowns in corruption scandals, Greece is an open financial sore, the UK is aiming for a chaotic brexit, Spain will provoke a conflict with Catalonia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria want an end to the sanctions against Russia, Germany will have a problem forming functioning Governments, they take imperial orders from Richard Grenell now. NO, I do not see that working out much longer. The Family of the EU is utterly disfunctional and will break apart rather sooner than later, the effort to get away with a FIAT currency will implode.

@khan-ng Nope, I am a German immigrant living in Canada, Canadian citizen now. Never said Vietnam should join China. China itself should be kept whole and sovereign, they are certainly not a cheap labor pool for western corporations anymore. From a business perspective, China's middle class is rising, they spread prosperity without wars and regime changes, and that has my sympathy. I view people that describe China as aggressive and destructive as greedy globalists. Here in the west we, the middle class are being under siege by high finance, corporal owned governments, yes, our elected sold out to fossil fuel, big pharma and the Military Industrial Complex. We are being regulated by stifling bylaws, that do not apply to the rich. The corporations enjoy taxcuts by almost all elected parties, meanwhile our municipal assets are being privatized, our social infrastructure like healthcare, severely cut back. So please pardon me, for sympathising with China and Russia and their resurgence.

Haha, bait taken. Countries are now for sale, and if you follow Victoria Nuland, the deck for Color Revolution are being stacked : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2fYcHLouXY&t=467s . Now it is done more blatantly so, Trump wants to purchase Greenland. The country's of Eastern Europe yet have to learn, how that works in the long run. Trump is a Poker player, but Putin and XP are chess players. They know buying countries is a bad move, all you have to do, is look what happened to Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Haiti .....now shitholes, using Trumps own words. Little do the Baltics, Romania and the Ukrainians know yet, what has happened and will happen to them. They are pawns of international corporations for dominance and exploitation. "NATO should have been dissolved after the Cold War ended, it is an obsolete institution not elected by the people. " to quote Willy Wimmer: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willy_Wimmer . I am not sure if you are British or American, when it comes to judge Helmut Kohl's decisions, trust me, informed Germans do not like it, when a good and wise decision with no alternative, than a prolonged stalemate, as the only other one, would have been conducted instead. Well, now you purchased Germany too, by keeping Merkel in power via the subtle manipulations of the corporate Main Stream Media , Atlantic Think Tanks , and McKinsey advisory. Rezzo summed the whole situation up perfectly with 16 Million viewers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Y1lZQsyuSQ&t=1870s . So the rules you are clinging on, are rules made up in the west, without global consent, by the neo liberal and neo conservative ruling elites. If you are an American, surrender your MAGA head at a Salvation Army office, and rejoin humanity. If you are a British BoJo'er , keep where the sun is not shining, and let it rain, as it always does in those regions.

@r3zaful Somehow the Chinese "neo colonialist action" looks a lot nicer, than the one conducted by the West, when I look at Libya, Iraq, Sudan, Yemen, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Syria ........Perhaps you want to leave HK and live in those "democratic" countries.
1
-
@r3zaful I view that situation from a small business perspective, the chinese middle class is growing and thriving, they have an edge in G5, alternative energy, AI robotics, building beautiful new cities, public transportation, and so on. If they do not like the western style LGBT fashion, sold to us as progressive democracy, I could not care less. And whereis your evidence that developers prefer HK ?, last time I checked, it was Shenzhen as the prefered location.

@khan-ng We are not afraid of the chinese state, nor are we of their culture and history. What we have learned and what we are most concerned off is the unleashed, unregulated and insatiable Military Industrial Complex of the USA aiming for global domination. We are glad that China and Russia are making a stand against them, because we do not like to live in an Margret Atwood(Canadian bestseller writer) fiction of the future, "The Handmaids Tale" and George Orwells "1984 " vision of Big Brother. Because if it's the establishment elites way, that is where we are heading. They want the population of ours under control, they do not care about our social needs, and they sell their ideology neatly wrapped as American soft power: Rock music, games, Hollywood movies, fake religion, Gender issues, which are in all honestly is a lie. They still want us to worship on the altar of greed and profit, like a religion. Believe, you will not find the answers to humanity's problem in it. Also financially the west is bankrupt, there is no back up, like the Gold Standard, the money without the military backup is worthless. Fear of reality has become like a drug in the west. We are still a white supremacy believing society, despite all the endorsements to the contrary, racism against the african American is rampant, our political leaders have to swear an allegiance to protect Israel, if they want to have a future . I find it strange, that a Vietnamese person would take a liking to this cult of death and destruction, to people that experienced with agent orange on your people. I have seen the effects of agent orange exposure on some of the Vietnam veterans here in Canada, and it is heart breaking. I just imagine of hundreds of thousands of your country people still suffer from it. I have seen documentaries about it, how it effected your people and it angers me a big deal, that the US did that to your country. The USA still needs to decontaminate large chunks of your territory from this poison, but they refuse to do so. Are you really Vietnamese, or where you just born in the USA, never have seen any of it.

@r3zaful """"the Sunday Morning Post, is a Hong Kong English-language newspaper founded in 1903. It is Hong Kong's newspaper of record, owned by Alibaba Group.[2][3] The journal was founded by Australian-born anti-Qing dynasty revolutionary Tse Tsan-tai and British journalist Alfred Cunningham (formerly with China Mail, Hong Kong Daily Press and New York Sun), with the first edition of the paper published on 6 November 1903. The journal's circulation has been relatively stable for years—the average daily circulation stood at 100,000 in 2016.""" A private corporation owned media with colonial british history, owned by a British philanthropist, is not a source I would give too much credibility too, rather an opinion peace of Alfred Cunningham. Those corporate Main Street Media enjoy very little credibility, among informed followers of the political scene. In other words, I do not trust them. Journalists working for them are called presstitudes.
1
-
@r3zaful Wrong, they just signed a deal with Russia, Germany refuses even under US pressure to cancel, the Huawei contract. Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Uruguay, Bolivia and a few others have applied. I have not dodged your questions, China builds an infrastructure in those countries, not like the US, turning their client states into disaster zones and failed states. China is sending real aid, the West sends mercenaries and drone strikes.

@khan-ng Your quote : """ i do see you fit with Chinese 's totalitarianism"" Whar do you mean by that ? Freedom and the pursuit of liberty .... is a relative, over 60 % of all Canadian either have a problem surviving on their pensions, work 3 shifts a day to make ends meet, will never own their own house, never be able to pay off their student loans, never mind to be able to travel. This is stagnant now for 40 years and it is getting worse, because of what ever remains of our social service including healthcare, is steadily suffering cutbacks from almost every newly elected government. And that is the situation in almost any other western country. Than I see China and Russia rising like a Phoenix from the ashes with growing middle classes. And the west alleges them to be dictatorships. But when I look at their tourists visiting our country, and I'm not writing about millionaires and oligarchs, no, normal working people and small business owners from Russia and China visiting us. So the whole measuring stick of "Democracy" we use in the west, must be a fraud. And than when our tourist's return from China and Russia they are dazzled of how much those countries have evolved. Youtube and facebook, where those tourists post their vacation films testify to it. Now with AI technology's on the horizon, they will chance the way we used to live in a dramatic fashion. It can be enjoyed by almost all of us or just by a greedy few. That our politicians in the west have no plan about it, they want to leave everything to the forces of free enterprises, but guess what, we don't have a free market economy anymore, it is more like a monopoly run by oligarchs. It is very telling. Kudos for China and Russia who have great plans.

@r3zaful Hey, I am an old man, I'm not at your speed, I need my time to do about things. Furthermore, I think first before I respond. Sometimes a night sleep between posts is not a bad concept. So lets start with Sri Lanka, the bigger picture, so we can do details later: China’s role in Sri Lanka, which has grown remarkably in recent years, is poised to expand geographically as well. Hitherto, Beijing’s projects were confined to the southern parts of the island. It is now making inroads into the Northern Province and the rubber, tea, and coconut plantations of the central highlands.
In April, state-run China Railway Beijing Engineering Group Co. Ltd. won a more than $300 million contract to build 40,000 houses in Jaffna district in the Northern Province, which suffered extensive damage during Sri Lanka’s 26-year-long civil war.
China is also engaged in negotiations to invest $30-40 million in Sri Lanka’s plantation industry. This amount is reportedly just a fraction of investment planned in this sector

@r3zaful Your quote ""I already said to you that US and China are equally evil.""" No, China is not as evil as the US. The US and it's proxies are known for leaving wastelands of failed states in the middle east = Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Gaza, and central America+Caribean = Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Not to mention Africa. Indirectly, the US also had a hand in the Amazon Rain forest fires.

What Caspian does not tell you, BeloRussians enjoy free healthcare, free education, pay very low rent, have a sustainable economy, and strong environmental rules. Their main industry is in building farming equipment, tractors and small engines. If you compare wages to the US, you gonna get the wrong picture. German businesses moving in droves, to open shop in Belarus. Business is booming https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UN3_cZOpk9s. I specially love that Belarus does not look like one big shopping mall, like the US and Canada. Young people are very knowledgeable about social issues, history and politics. They also created an amazing computer gaming industry. 5G has not fallen to conspiracy theories there, like it is now popping up in the US and Canada. Young people in the west are educated to become good consumers, to goods they really do not need. In Belarus, you are being educated in more critical thinking skills. So please bring it on, to challenge those talking points of mine.

@mamulaavto Your quote: "" Baltic countries and Poland "aggressiveness" to defend themselves stems from correct assessment of threats coming from Russia. """
No, they come from Western Intel services, that lied us into 2 Iraq wars, 16 regime change black ops - Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Salvador, Mali, Ethiopia, Thailand, Myanmar ......attempts, Syria and Libya.
They where delivered to an unsuspecting public by individual white house speakers like Ned Price, and could not even stand the Main street Media scrutiny, from reporters like Matt Lee (AP).
We Canadians, Germans, Italians, Hungarians, French, Croatians are sick and tired of being lied to.
Justin Trudeau only helped you, because he became a dictator.

Synagogue Of Steak I just try to make sense of it all. Yes, relatives of mine where die hard Nazi's, some even right up to their end. Full of bias and hate. I try to own it, and deal with it, no sense in denying. Their children however visited me in Canada, and I can assure you, they are not Nazis, Reichsbuerger, AFD and what not. Also i have to say, there are still a lot of right wing Germans living in Germany. They are split in two groups, The Neo Nazi's and the Neo Liberals, the former hating Israel, the latter embracing it. The former also more or less try to hide it, in order to have a courier.
