@Asian Boss Regardless of what country you grow up in, I think these days everyone should at least be bi-lingual. You should try to learn your ethnic language (i.e. if you're Indian learn Hindi, if you're Korea learn Korean, etc) and then learn another language such as English. It helps to (for example) know English to be able to communicate with most people around the world, and then it helps to know (for example) your ethnic language to communicate with people that might not know English but in a social/professional career/work situation where they do know your ethnic language.
