  1. ​ @stst77 cluster B (PD) list is part of the mental disorder index though. It's basically just opposed to any somatic medical issues. Yes, PDs do mess with one's mental state, very much actually. And no, PDs can't be reduced to "don't care about deliberately hurting others" at all. It is even very wrong for some types of PD / not a hallmark trait / not a trait at all. Especially if the PD of an example patient doesn't include any antisocial behaviour nor psychopathic traits in its pathological image. But I get what you tried to point out (with the example of schizophrenia with plus symptoms vs. cluster B disorders), especially since it's so hard to describe or explain.

  3. ​@AsAd-gd4hwPlease rethink at least: psychopathic traits, or minor clinical matches ≠ full pathological image. (Example: a physician with low levels of empathy, or a person with high levels of emotional detachment at work, or someone who manages to focus in an emotional situation ≠ automatically ASPD disorder with psychopathic traits.) Several criteria are considered within a diagnosis.
